| These stainless steel fire rings can be used to turn your existing wood burning fire pit into a gas fire pit or add it to your wood burning fire pit as a log lighter. Burning wood can be a difficult task, starting a fire can be tedious and dangerous. How many times have you used paper products to start your fire only to have to go chasing after a piece that floated out of the fire pit and into your lawn, how often do you stick your face right into the fire pit to blow on the hot coals to get your fire going. With this fire ring you can eliminate these potential hazards, simply set up your logs, turn on the gas, ignite the flame and in seconds your logs are burning. If your fire dies down and you need to get it going again simply add more wood and turn the gas back on. The trick is having an On/Off gas valve that you can easily control from the outside of your fire pit.
